KLCC Group Reinforces Talent Development with Launch of Education Sponsorship Programme
A sense of pride filled the room at KLCC Holdings’ office in the PETRONAS Twin Towers as Human Capital hosted a closed ceremony to celebrate the inaugural KLCC Education Sponsorship Programme (KESP) Award. It was more than just an award presentation — it was a reflection of KLCC Group’s belief that the future begins with investing in young Malaysians today.
Created under the Social Sustainability – People pillar, the KESP initiative is designed to motivate students to thrive academically while preparing them for life beyond university — where knowledge meets real-world experience. This year, five exceptional final-year undergraduates from Universiti Malaya and Universiti Teknologi MARA, pursuing degrees in Real Estate and Retail Management, were selected for their academic excellence and leadership promise.
As the recipients stepped forward to receive their awards, presented by Group Chief Executive Officer, Datuk Sr Mohd. Salem Kailany alongside Puan Nadiah Mahmud, General Manager of Human Capital, the moment carried deep significance. In his address, Datuk Salem shared his vision of empowering young Malaysians with early exposure to the industry in shaping a generation that will one day lead with purpose and integrity.
KESP stands as more than just a sponsorship; it is a bridge between education and opportunity, a commitment to building a sustainable talent pipeline for the Group’s future.
KLCC Group is proud to stand behind these young bright, driven talents and ready to make their mark. Their journey is just beginning, and we can’t wait to see how far they’ll go.
