Dear Colleagues,

As we approach the end of 2024, I want to take this opportunity to extend my sincere gratitude to each of you for your hard work and dedication throughout the year.  Although I have only been onboard for two months, it has already been an eventful two months for me, and I feel truly proud to be part of this incredible organisation.

I would like to thank you again for the warm welcome I have received from all of you.  As we look forward to 2025, I am excited about the opportunities and what the new year has in store for us. I am confident that, as one unified team, we will continue to innovate, collaborate, and thrive.  I believe we can achieve even greater success with the commitment and passion that each one of you possess.

At this time of the year, I believe many of us are already taking our year-end break, and I hope you will take this opportunity to find time to relax, recharge, and enjoy precious time with your loved ones.  

Wherever you are this holiday season, to those celebrating Christmas, I wish you a joyful celebration filled with love, peace and happiness.  I look forward to seeing all of you again next year.  Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
