Dear Colleagues,

As we approach the end of 2025, it is befitting to reflect on the year and look positively towards what lies ahead of us.

It has indeed been a great year, even as it brought its share of challenges. Each experience, good or difficult, played a part in shaping us into a more resilient and cohesive team. We were hit by several crises during the year – the incident at Suria KLCC as well as the more recent fire at Menara 3 PETRONAS. These incidents should not leave us wavered. Instead, we should take it as valuable lessons that can strengthen us as a team.

We have also been blessed with many positive moments and achievements that reflect our progress and resilience – from successfully reducing our residential property inventory, the signing of agreement with PETRONAS to build the Geoscience Technology Centre in Putrajaya, being appointed developer for Kota Madani, celebrating Putrajaya Holdings’ 30th Anniversary, to hosting memorable events at the KLCC Precinct and earning recognition for our efforts in tourism and hospitality industry, including “The Malaysian Urban Transformation Icon” for PETRONAS Twin Towers. This is a testament to our steadfast commitment to excellence, teamwork, innovation, and the positive impact we have made over the years.

Together, these achievements remind us of our progress, and the collective strength that will carry us into the new year.

That said, there are still areas for improvement to fully deliver on our promises. Let us carry fresh optimism into the new year to keep growing, improve together, and make a greater impact as a KLCC family.

Each of us has played an important role in this journey. For that, I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to each one of you for your continued dedication and teamwork. May the coming year bring new opportunities and keep us moving forward together. On our own we can do little, but together we unlock limitless possibilities.

As we wrap up the year, I hope we can find time to spend with our loved ones and appreciate the support they have given us. Whether you are celebrating, travelling or enjoying quiet moments together, may the holidays bring you joy, laughter and renewed energy for the year ahead. Have a safe, and enjoyable break.
