Feed elephants and ride horses at Putrajaya Open Day 2026
29 Jan 2026
Putrajaya Open Day 2026 is set to take place today (Jan 29) until Sunday, Feb 1.
To be held at Putrajaya Square in Precinct 3, the event will open from 10am to 10pm daily (except Sunday, when it wraps up at 5pm).
You can look forward to tons of fun activities and performances, spread across 14 zones.
For example, you can try your hand at e-sports (Zone 3) or treat your taste buds at the food festival (Zone 12).
You can feed some elephants at Zone 10, courtesy of Pahang’s National Elephant Conservation Centre Kuala Gandah. Also available here are horses for riding, a cat show and an exhibit of wildlife trophies by Perhilitan.
There will be cultural and musical shows at the main stage (Zone 7) and five other spots throughout the venue.
Visit Perbadanan Putrajaya’s Facebook for more information, including the full performance schedule and location map.
If you can’t join the fun in Putrajaya this weekend, don’t worry, there will be plenty more to come.
Based on Tourism Malaysia’s calendar for Visit Malaysia 2026 (VM2026), other events tentatively set to be held in the city this year include the Putrajaya Ramadan Festival (Feb 17-March 19), Royal Floria Putrajaya Festival (June 12-14) and VM2026 Independence Day Parade (Aug 31).
